U of O Oregon Hall Retrofit
Scope
A complete retro fit of 3 floors of office space. This includes a new heating water hydronic pumping system in basement and a complete new mechanical room for chilled beams on the second floor.
Challenges
- Noise control with a partially occupied building.
- Fitting new mechanical systems into existing building structure.
- Phasing shutdowns to not impact owners.
