Vose Elementary School
Summary
Vose Elementary was the second of four schools to be replaced as part of the Beaverton School District’s $680 million construction bond. Vose was built at the same time as it’s prototype, Sato Elementary. The two elementary schools opened their doors in September of 2017. The mechanical and plumbing scope consists of 9 large air handling units complete with packaged cooling, over 80 air terminal units with hydronic heating, gas fired water heaters and boilers, multiple gang bathrooms, and each classroom has a sink and drinking fountain.
